tasting notes

The first nose expresses a beautiful maturity with aromas of dried fruits underlined with a touch of biscuit. With aeration, notes of yellow fruits where apricot dominates. On the finish, a touch of tangy lemon candy. The attack on the palate is supple and lively at the same time. This duality is confirmed with a balance between maturity and residual freshness. A Brut that appeals to lovers of wines with perfect maturity while retaining a pleasant freshness.

Blend

The Bright gold colour, vivid and abundant effervescence in serving, produces fine bubbles against the parison of the glass. The wine is limpid and brilliant.
